Thermoset

Thermoset powder coating is a finish similar to paint at first glance in appearance, but that is where the similarities stop. A good application is 1.0 to 3.0 mils in thickness for best results. Today's powders are available in many colors; (standard RAL colors, candies, metallic and many others) gloss levels from flat, satin and high gloss plus textures. Powder is environmentally friendly and is fast replacing wet painting. It is a baked on finish giving it superior strength and durability, making it a natural choice for the finishing of any metal item.

Interior home items such as lighting fixtures, railings, bathroom fixtures, exterior railings and metal balconies, patio sets, lawn and garden items, bicycle frames, motorcycle frames and components, automotive frames and suspension parts, engine blocks, intake manifold and more! The list is almost endless!
